Keep your crew's safety tickets current
When a site lead asks for proof of training, you want to find it in seconds, and you don't want to find out at the gate that someone's ticket ran out last month.
Tickets crews often carry
- WHMIS
- Standard first aid and CPR
- Working at heights, and fall protection refreshers
- Forklift, aerial lift and other equipment operator training
- Confined space, traffic control and site-specific orientations
Some of these don't expire but need refreshers on a schedule your employer or client sets. Track the refresh date the same way.
One list for the whole crew
In Renewals, add each person, then add their tickets under their name. You see who's expired, who's due in 30 days and who's fine, at a glance. Filter the list to one person when they ask what they need to renew.
Reminders that reach the right person
You get every reminder. On Pro, each person can also get an email about their own tickets, with replies coming straight to you, and a link to stop the emails if they want.
Common questions
Do my crew need to sign up?
No. Only you have an account. They just get reminder emails if you add their email and switch that on.
Can I show a client my crew's training?
Yes. Make a share link with the tickets for the people on that job. The client sees each one's status and expiry date.
What if someone leaves?
Remove them from your list. Their documents stay in your records with their name, so you still have the history.
General information. Training requirements differ by province, industry and site, so check with your provincial regulator and your clients.
