What to track for each vehicle
- Registration, your plate permit

- Leases, warranties and service contracts
Keep each vehicle's dates together
Give each one a clear name, like "Ford F-150" or "Box trailer", and add its documents under that name. Searching the name shows everything due for that vehicle.
Get reminders before the renewal notice gets lost
Renewal notices go to old addresses and spam folders. Renewals emails you 60, 30 and 7 days before each date, and on the day, so it doesn't matter where the notice went.

Can my office manager get the reminders too?
Yes. On Pro, add up to 3 more email addresses in Settings and they get the same reminders.
Can I put the dates in my calendar?
Yes. Pro gives you a private calendar link for Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar.
